Be assured that I have tried and tested everything I offer you. There is a lot of misguided and misleading information on Mindfulness spread across the internet. They may do you more harm that good, like someone wanting to become the calmest most able terrorist or marksman. Yes, I am sure there is literature to support this. The armed forces have used Mindfulness in their training. Can you imagine how they use it?
Some people like to be reminded to take a moment to stop/breathe, If you prefer a random reminder, you can pause when the phone rings. Another way that is more regular is to wear a Vibralite watch. I have one and it gently vibrates to the schedule you set up to 8 times a day. Below I show you two models but there are others on this link.
